Diamantine Performance Horses is a small horse operation in Central Queensland, Australia.  Our aim is to breed and sell quiet, versatile horses with plenty of speed.  Our horses live a mostly natural lifestyle - born and raised in large paddocks.

All of our riding horses, young and old, are used for mustering, cutting out and general riding.  Their training includes schooling work such as – flexion, leg work, pattern work and plenty of ground education.

We have grown up on the land and have been working with horses all our lives.  Rodeo is our chosen weekend sport and it leads us to many interesting places in Queensland and sometimes interstate.  Naomi is a keen Barrel Racer at rodeos and divisional events and Kevin is an accomplished Saddle Bronc Rider.

We decided several years ago that we want to breed our own quality horses that can work cattle, run barrels, sprint race and do almost anything else asked of them.  They need to have a quiet and trainable nature and look good.  We have collected a band of quality broodmares – some with sprint bloodlines, some with working bloodlines and some with both (see mares page).  These mares are bred to our resident sire LITTLE BIDDY ACRE (see stallion page) or to select outside stallions.
